Starbuck James’ strategic intent is to help match the best candidates to the best companies. We achieve this by passionately delivering a premium service; as a niche player, our success relies almost entirely on our reputation, and happily our candidates and clients seem to like working with us time and time again.
Established six years ago, our specialism is working with senior people; consultants and executives that are generally in the six figure salary bracket, upwards. However, very frequently following a successful project with a candidate, they ask us to help them with their own recruitment once they are installed in their new role. This leads to working on lower level roles occasionally, which we find equally rewarding. We work on a basis of mutual respect and choose assignments very carefully. We only work with clients where we truly understand them and their business, and encourage candidates to operate as professionally as we do, in pursuit of securing a great role. This usually results in painless, fulfilling recruitment and very happy clients and candidates.
Finding staff is rarely a problem; finding quality staff is more difficult, and that's our raison d'ętre.
