What you need to know about us?  Resourcefulpeople is a Consultancy specialising in Human Capital Management. Established in 2000, our services support the entire Human Capital Life Cycle including Resourcing, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Strategic Change Management and Organisational Development.

Resourcing Practice
Our pan-European Resourcing practice was launched in October 2004 to provide interim consultancy and executive recruitment services. Our interim consultants work on a daily rate basis; £500 to £1500 for Project Managers, Programme Managers and Strategic Change Consultants.   We also handle opportunities in both internal and external management consultancy; basic salaries range from £50,000 to £150,000 per annum.

Rachael Hanley-Browne, Director - Resourcing Practice
Recently described as a "Rising star - a shining example of her profession" by Executive Grapevine, in 'Interim Management in Europe', Rachael has over seventeen years experience in the Recruitment Industry. She is a Fellow and recently appointed Regional Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, a Member of the Marketing Society - Business Leaders and a Member of the Professional Services Marketing Group.  Her clients include a select few of the top UK consultancies and corporate businesses.
