Developing a detailed company, job and candidate profile together with detailed terms of remuneration package, to brief candidates to ensure they have as much information as possible and the position and package matches their expectations

Apply search methods or use advertising, together with our own web site (www.marquejobs.com), as appropriate to the assignment, to resource high quality candidates

Interviewing and selecting candidates for client shortlist, providing comprehensive interview notes

Handling all communications, correspondence and interview arrangements up to offer stage and assisting in securing a deal between client and candidate to successfully conclude an assignment
