Accenture employs many different people with a wide range of skills and backgrounds. For all positions, we look for talented problem-solvers who can contribute to our aim of helping clients become high-perfomance businesses.

Exceptional talent
We believe we have more of the world's most talented people assembled under one roof than any other market force. It's stimulating, productive and great fun too.

Continuous learning
Ultimitely this is a knowlege-based organisation. Joining Accenture means committing to lifelong learning and personal development.

What do we do?
Inspiring colleagues. Challenging work. Exciting prospects. Few organisations offer you a better platform for career success than Accenture. As one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies, we help our clients become high-performance businesses by delivering innovation.

Where will you fit in?
HR professionals can join us in a variety of roles, and at all levels. For example, you could come in as a consultant working with leading, blue-chip clients on high-profile workforce transformation projects. Or an alternative is to join the 'in-house' HR team, where you'll provide the HR expertise that helps power our global operation. In either case, you could be based anywhere in the UK, either in an Accenture office or, if you join as a Consultant, at a client site. Wherever you're based, you'll find unique challenges and countless opportunities to develop your expertise.

Below is some information on the key areas you could join at Accenture, but please bear in mind that this list isn't exhaustive, and we have new roles in different areas of the business all the time. Be sure to check the job listings on this site for an up-to-date view of our HR opportunities.

Change Management & Workforce Transformation Consulting
At Accenture we have long believed that people form the bedrock of business success. Which is why we were the first management consulting company to create a separate practice area dedicated to an organisation's people issues. We call this our 'Human Performance' practice, and it's this team that helps many of the world's biggest companies to strengthen their operations through workforce improvements.

Joining one of the oldest and largest human performance practices in the industry, you'll work with businesses from every sector, in all corners of the globe. And you'll offer a broad range of integrated human performance services, implementing pioneering approaches to workforce development and strategic human resource management. It's your chance to move major players forward and tackle change management on a large scale.

In-house HR
The key challenge of our in-house teams is to keep this complex operation running smoothly. So that we can truly meet the needs of our clients. Based at offices across the UK, our HR team creates and owns company HR policies and processes, as well as the internal service contract with the business. Providing a mix of strategic and operational HR advice and guidance to all Managers and employees, you'll drive key projects and initiatives that define the present and map out the future HR framework of the organisation.
