The Shilston Partnership is performing an exciting new search assignment on behalf of our internationally renowned client. We have been tasked to find the best possible candidates within the HR Consulting market.
Our client is a well known and extremely successful international consulting firm. Continued year on year growth has placed them ahead of their competitors.
It is strategically important to hire at all levels from Consultant through to Director within the arena of HR Workforce Planning.
We would like to hear from you if you have extensive HR Workforce Planning experience delivering and developing projects in one or more of the following capability areas;
• HR Technology
• Demand Planning
• Labour Economics
• Talent Management
• Workforce Analytics
Your project experience can be across a number of industry verticals. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum 2:1 degree is essential.
Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager;
• Current or prior consulting experience.
• You will also be considered if you come from an exclusively industry background
Senior Manager, Director;
• Demonstrate personal external consulting sales track record - this is crucial
• You will have extensive external consulting experience
• Led large scale transformation programmes
